Biff

Yep that's my new name, Biff. I did a face plant on a long run in Ontario yesterday. Was out for 12 to 15 mile run and I tripped on something and went down face first. Tore up my right elbow and forearm pretty good. Got both palms, right knee and calf. Then had to run 6 miles back to the hotel and get ready for work. Lots of blood. Wondered when I was gonna fall on the pavement? Now I don't have too. Came up spitting rocks too. Oh well.
